Teaching Slavery in Scotland is an award-winning project which brings together teachers, academics, writers and creative professionals to explore new ways to learn about the trade in enslaved African people.
We have collected lesson plans created by experienced teachers, primary sources, video clips and other resources on this website for use in teaching.
The resources created for the project have been designed for use in BGE, National 5, and Higher teaching.
